The view to the lake is great, the room is relaxing and big. It has beautiful facilities and stunning and lovely location in the restaurant we liked less. As for us the food is brilliant, and they have a huge variety of meals.

Dinner was 'OK', breakfast in the outdoor area was excellent in terms of the quality of the food served. Mattresses were ok too, the view on the lake was very nice. Parking space was generous in mid September.
The building is a moderately renovated concrete complex from the 70s or 80s. Instead of offering high quality room furnishings, one notices that the owner must have somehow run out of budget. The cheap bamboo laminate floor and a few embarrassing colours on the old plaster do not make a perfect spa and wellness hotel. In the room entrances there is literally still the old house stink. Even the bathroom looks like it was built in the 90s. No rain shower, no wooden floor. While we were checking out. two couples at the reception were chatted up with massage offers until the polite Swiss guests had accepted - what a pressure to sell. I don't think we'll be staying here again. Not a catastrophe but disappointing overall. Take a look at Austria or South Tyrol. they show how such a concept works.

A Relaxing Oasis. Text: The spa was a heavenly escape with stunning views, and the Thai restaurant brought an exotic touch. The only downside was the stained carpet, but who needs pristine floors when you're in a state of bliss?

As youngsters, we loved the superb rooms, 2 lovely pools, and the fabulous spa facilities. the outdoor pool was a real treat, especially in the winter. We also enjoyed the combination of Thai and Swiss food offered at the restaurant, and the fact that we could bring our well-behaved dog and have her with us in the dining area. the staff were courteous and responsive to our needs, and we appreciated the free use of wellness facilities after check-out. we had a great hotel experience and enjoyed our stay every single time.
Felt snug, no complaint.

Spending New Year's Eve at this hotel was amazing! The spa area had different types of saunas and pools that were just fantastic, and the Thai restaurant served us delicious food. Plus, the shuttle service to the nearby train station was really helpful, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. , waking up in the morning to the stunning lake view was definitely a highlight of the trip.
The room was a little small and needed some maintenance. The carpets had some noticeable stains and there wasn't enough storage space for clothes.

The spa and wellness facilities at the hotel were top-notch. the spa lounge offered a luxurious and relaxing experience. the friendly and hardworking staff at the spa made the stay enjoyable. the spacious rooms with beautiful views and luxury furniture by renowned designer Kenneth Cobonpue were a great highlight.
The breakfast buffet was of very poor quality, with mostly canned goods items. the service at the breakfast buffet was also disappointing.
